JSEA Mission
JSEA initiates programs and provides services that enable its member schools to sustain their Ignatian vision and Jesuit mission of educational excellence in the formation of young men and women of competence, conscience and compassion. JSEA Goals

Encourage collaborative partnership within and among JSEA member schools;

Reflect and dialogue with JSEA member schools on the mission of Jesuit education;

Work with JSEA member schools on integrating Ignatian spirituality and pedagogy into the educational process;

Prepare and support current and future leadership in Jesuit education;

Promote effective and responsible use of technological resources in Jesuit education;

Develop new initiatives in Jesuit education through ongoing research and study;

Advocate a faith-justice commitment to the Catholic Church’s option for youth and the poor;

Model in programs a spirit of partnership with Ignatian educators throughout the world;

Work with Jesuit leadership on planning and caring for the apostolate of Jesuit education.
