JSEA Symposium On Ignatian Education
The triennial Symposium on Ignatian Education is a major occasion where members of JSEA are convened in order to reflect on and enhance the practical integration of the Ignatian Pedagogical Project (Paradigm) into the teaching and administration of Jesuit high schools.
At the 2009 Symposium on Ignatian Education a total of 130 people from 41 schools gathered on the campus of USF June 22-26. The Symposium had two major goals:
• Promote a systematic approach to curriculum design and review in Jesuit schools. This will continue the approach presented in the Ignatian Curriculum Institute of 2005.
• Begin the process of revisioning the Profile of the Grad at Grad. This process will then continue as a central theme in Colloquium ’10.
