The Ignatian School Identity Survey (ISIS) is an instrument designed by JSEA as a reflective tool to help Jesuit high schools assess Ignatian identity as perceived by their various constituencies. Statements have been created to elicit responses about the degree to which students and adults have experienced the principles and beliefs of Jesuit education as identified in the documents Go Forth and Teach: The Characteristics of Jesuit Education, Ignatian Pedagogy: A Practical Approach, and What Makes a Jesuit High School Jesuit? through various school programs and activities.

There are four versions of ISIS available.

The Student Version is intended for juniors or seniors to share their perceptions of their experience of the Ignatian dimensions of their Jesuit high school.

The three adult versions, School Personnel, Board Members, and Parents, are designed to help a school assess these constituencies' perceptions of the Ignatian dimensions of a Jesuit high school.

Questions 1-50, with some group specific wording differences, are the same question across all four versions so that a school can compare perceptions of all their constituencies. The adult versions provide additional questions related to adult perceptions of the school. The adult versions also provide the option for a school to add ten of its own questions.
